Return to the Roots
After 18 years, we finally returned to Cambodia.
Vong, my son, looked like a little fish back in his own water… It was deeply moving to see him walk through the places of his childhood, to watch him eat his favorite foods with such joy and appetite.
For this first journey back to Cambodia since the adoption — when Vong was just five years old — choosing Martina to guide us was truly the best decision we could have made.
